Going up for Full Professor…it’s a daunting task. There’s always that inner voice in your head. You have a good CV. You’ve done service. You’ve done everything you’re supposed to. And you still tell yourself, it’s still not enough. It’s easy to fall into this, like, paralyzed mode where you just don’t know how to think your way out of this predicament. So to talk about putting yourself out there, to talk about the promotions process, I had the great honour of talking to Dr. Tamara Small, Professor of Political Science at the University of Guelph.
